But prior to the visit, you must call to order the food in advance(at least 1 day in advance), as they take some times to prepare for this. (don't know how long... >.<)
For those who don't know how Beggar's chicken is prepared, basically the chicken will be cooked by buried it into the soil for some hours. Definitely the chicken is hygiene enough to eat as it is covered by lots of papers!

1 chicken is enough for 2 person and goes well with rice.
Probably it is slightly expensive but I would say it is worth for trying as the chicken is definitely GOOD with ginseng taste! ^^
