When Superman cannot fly...

When I asked you about "Superman", what will appear from your mind immediately?

You might say: He is strong, he protect the earth, he is perfect and other comments which are good and positive.

In all people's mind, we always had such a high expectation towards him.
Everything that we wish, he will fulfill.

When we are in trouble, we will be saved.
.
.
.
But..., what if one day he missed one mission?

People will be disappointed and start to yell.

They will blame him for not being responsible.

They will scold him for his mistake.

They will angry and blame him for not try his very best!!!

.
'Superman', although he is 'super' but still, is a human being.

Although he is strong, but he will feel tire too after working for so many things.

And if he is tired, he needs time to rest to consume back his energy.
But, one task by one task is coming up til he don't have extra time to rest and breath.

And, all the task assigned to him are not easy.

Slowly, due to long terms of tiredness and tension, he couldn't perform his job perfectly.

Now, he failed for one mission, then he gets all the blames.

He felt sad and he decided not to become Superman anymore.




So, when a person is good doesn't mean that we must fully utilize him.

We could distribute the jobs to other people which are good also like 'Batman' or 'Spiderman'...

When every 'hero' work together as a team, all the task can be done in a more perfect way.

well, is nice to have a team to share workload with each other. Anyhow, the most important is the moment when u achieve..
When an achievement is met, nobody will cares who did the job..

head of superman...he is the one who inform superman whenever got job for him...
for the monitor part huh, i think nobody gua~ >.<
i cannot write too detail la, otherwise the story not nice ad...

What I trying to bring up is the team leader playing an very important role in a team, and he is the one who always forgotten by public, but I think this point not suitable in this article.
