In fact, the things seem to be real for you, aren't real.
Just like the color you see, isn't its real color.
Each thing absorbs all the colors that it really is, and reflects the color it is not,
and that's the color you see.
So, you think sky is blue color, but actually sky is all the colors except BLUE!
In fact, the sounds that you can hear, is not the ONLY sounds that exist!
We can't hear so many sounds because their frequencies are beyond what we can hear,
but they are real, exist and surround us!
So, why do we want to believe in what we can see and hear only??
Those human who could invent light bub, car, aeroplane, and even now IPhone and introduce Facebook,
because they can imagine and see what an ordinary people can't see!
In those time, fly in the sky is the thing that people feel isn't real.
Why? Because they never see a human can fly in the sky.
Human always believe on what they CAN see only.
That's why, they judge it as 'isn't real'.
And when Wright brothers prove to human that, it is possible to fly in the sky,
people see it with their own eyes and they changed their mind, from isn't real to REAL!
In fact, what I mentioned at the beginning, the world isn't as real as what you imagine.
You are not living in the real world, yet, you are living in your WORLD.
Sometimes you may feel like, what you imagine is beyond in the real world.
But don't worry because nothing is real and you are living in your own world.
Believe what you think and hold on to your dreams.
Everyone has the power to change the world.

Maybe I shouldn't comment in that way, but I just want to see how u can convince me.
When u saw somethings that an ordinary people can't see and try to make changes, those people will query, they will defend, they will try to stop u, in that situation, our SPIRIT must strong, but in fact I am querying myself that whether I am in the position to do it? because currently I am doing somethings that beyond my position's role.
Whenever these queries popup in my mind, SUPPORT is needed, now I am lack of support...... and I am afraid, I very scare that what I had done will be wasted.
When Edisson is doin his investigation on his inventor, all the people around him think that he is crazy. Nobody support him also.
But, he believe in himself and continue his invention. By that time, nobody think that he is the scientist but why he keeps doin that??
Just like u, there might be a lots of people questioning that whether u r not suitable to re-structure the evaluation form. Just don't bother.u should behave like edisson, keep goin cos u r doin something u r INTERESTED.

How bout my case? Do u think nobody wanna questioning whether i am able to handle the new department?i hv no choice but least bother and try my best for the rest.
So, live in ur own world and create ur own dream. ur dream might sounds 'impossible' but dont worry,cos nthing in this world is real. so, just hold on ur dream! and keep goin!
The different between u & me is u r holding the position,where I am doing somethings beyond my position's role.

well, i agree with what 陈纪孝 said..what i am doing right now really received lots of discourage from family and maybe friends..
missed out few opportunity last time..so, i decided not to tell to other people what i doing right now..cz i just do not hope to hear any not supportive words to me..
It's hurt..and it really will bring me down not to continue what i wanna do and what i wanna be..
well, i think now is the time to go..just need some time to do it..and i know some day it will comes to me..^^

According to the book "the secret the power", you are living in ur OWN world! what other's said might not be REAL & CORRECT! u r the one who live in ur life, nobody go through ur life and understand ur situation. Maybe also, you can see something which ordinary people cant see! So, don't care bout others and just BE YOURSELF.
Edisson faced lots of shameful before he successed. Don't give up and now what u need is TIME. Time can proof to others that actually u r RITE.
